Delete your Doctavie account
You can request deletion of your Doctavie account and associated data directly from the app.
From the app
- Open the Doctavie app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Data & privacy.
- Tap “Request account deletion” and confirm.
If you cannot access your account
Email support@doctavie.com with the subject “Delete account”. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
What is deleted
- Profile information
- Appointments and consultations
- Uploaded documents and prescriptions
- Messages
- Other personal account data
What may be retained
- Certain records may be retained for a limited period when required by applicable law or to prevent fraud.
- Backups are permanently removed within 30 days.
