Patients & appointments

What is Doctavie?

Doctavie connects patients, doctors, pharmacies, labs and imaging centers on a single care loop. You book appointments, consult by video or in person, receive digital prescriptions and send them to the pharmacy of your choice.

How do I book an appointment?

Search for a doctor by specialty or wilaya, pick an available slot and confirm. You get a reminder before the consultation, whether in person or by video.

Is Doctavie free for patients?

Yes. Creating an account, searching for a practitioner and booking are free. You only pay for the consultation itself, at the price set by the doctor.

Do I need the mobile app?

The app (iOS and Android) gives you the full experience — messaging, prescriptions, reminders and follow-up. You can also find a doctor and book directly from the website.

Can I consult remotely?

Yes. Doctors who offer it provide video or audio consultations; some also accept asynchronous reviews — you describe your situation and the doctor replies within 24 to 48 hours.

Doctors & practitioners

How do I join Doctavie as a doctor?

Sign up on the Console, submit your medical registration number and supporting documents. We verify every account by hand before activation.

What tools are included for caregivers?

Calendar and slots, video consultations, structured prescriptions, certificates, secure patient messaging and a centralized patient record — all in the browser, with no new hardware.

Does Doctavie replace my practice software?

Doctavie covers booking, teleconsultation, prescribing and patient follow-up. Many practices use it as their main tool; it works alongside your other tools when needed.

Pharmacies, labs & imaging

How do pharmacies receive prescriptions?

Prescriptions arrive as structured data — INN, brand, dose, substitution flags — readable without a single phone call. The pharmacy confirms availability in one click.

Is CHIFA supported?

Yes. Prescriptions arrive CHIFA-compatible and pharmacies can record third-party-payer dispenses for CNAS reconciliation.

Are labs and imaging centers integrated?

Yes. Practitioners can order lab tests and imaging exams; results return to both the patient and the prescribing doctor inside the loop.

Plans & payments

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes. Choose monthly for flexibility, or yearly for two months free. You can switch at your next renewal.

How do I pay?

Doctors in Algeria pay by CIB or Edahabia card via Chargily. Diaspora doctors can pay with an international card.

What happens if I hit my consultation limit?

We warn you as you approach the limit. Upgrade at any time to raise it — your data and patients are never locked.

Can I cancel?

Any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then reverts to Free.

Privacy & security

Is my health data protected?

Yes. Doctavie complies with Law 18-07 on personal data protection. Your data is accessible only to you and the caregivers you consult.

Who can see my record?

You, and only the practitioners with whom you have an ongoing appointment or exchange. You stay in control of access.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, at any time, from the app settings or via the delete-account page. Your data is erased in accordance with the law.
